Our story
From a Single Consent to 500+ Projects
Maitri Envirotech Solutions was established in Mumbai with a clear mandate — to help Indian industry navigate the increasingly complex world of environmental regulation without losing momentum. Our founders came from the regulatory side, having spent years inside the system before crossing over to help industry work with it.
In our early years, we built a reputation for getting difficult consents approved — the ones other consultants had given up on. Word spread. Clients came back. Referrals followed. By 2015 we had expanded from regulatory approvals into turnkey treatment projects, and by 2020 into sustainability consulting as global ESG frameworks began reshaping how Indian industry reports and operates.
Today, Maitri is a full-spectrum environmental firm. We have delivered over 500 projects across Maharashtra and beyond — from a single MPCB consent for a small MIDC unit to a complete ZLD system for a large textile complex and a CDP B-score for a BSE-listed manufacturer. Our team of 40+ professionals brings together regulatory expertise, process engineering, and sustainability advisory under one roof.

20+ years in environmental regulation. Former MPCB officer turned consultant. Ashisha has personally overseen hundreds of consent applications and built Maitri from the ground up.

Certified sustainability professional with deep expertise in CDP, BRSR, SBTi, and Ecovadis. Anand leads all ESG reporting mandates and has helped 30+ companies achieve international sustainability ratings.
Vijay Kochare
Head — Projects & Engineering
Chemical engineer with 15 years of ETP, MEE, and ZLD project delivery. Vijay has commissioned treatment systems across textile, pharmaceutical, chemical, and agro-processing industries.
